the button that makes it work died today. where can I get a new one. My supplier doesn't carry it. It looks like a part you could get from an auto parts store. It's just a heavy push button like a horn button.

Close but the one that I need is flat. I don't know the model I've had it for 25 years. I go take a picture

There might be room for that type switch. Here's the original.

Not on this one. It uses a heavy duty switch so no solenoid is necessary. It's pretty old.

He doesn't carry it. He didn't have one in his boneyard. It's the same spool from 25 years ago. He carries white magic spools now.
