I got some overspray on a stainless steel stove. I used Prochems high PH tile & grout cleaner. any ideas for cleaning this off? Or did I just purchase a new, slightly blemished, stainless steel stove?

Thanks Ron, I'll give that a try.

Someone on the ICS board suggested Brasso as well... I'll bring both.

Cheers

Go to auto parts store.

Look for any decent metal polish (aluminum, ss type) mostly used on tire trims. Buff it out after finished with wd 40.

That was the one and only time for me. I only use a mop and bucket to apply any solution to a tile floor. I also wrap stainless steel just in case, plus the custys like it too.

It should come off unless it is a faux cover.

Try using an organic acid next time than you will not have to worry about stainless steel as it will clean that too.

Barkeeper's Friend. Works the best. Remember to polish with the grain with any of the solutions offered or you will get swirl marks.
