is corp pushing it, is it by individual location?
wasn't there one who posted here a while back, in Florida?

It is primarily corporate locations that offer the Encapsulation Cleaning. And in all honesty they rarely, if ever, offer it. We had a decent size commercial account that we would clean nationally. That particular account had requested a VLM option. Corporate tested a few processes and came out with their approved process.

As far as I am aware: Dry Vac. using a backpack HEPA vac., apply encap., agitate using a CRB.

That's the extension cord for the backpack HEPA Vac. No solution line is not doing HWE.

I am aware of others using a CRB as well mainly because they can see debris being picked up in the trays. You are far better off in my opinion, using an orbital machine like a Trinity Phoenix or similar with the right pads. It provides a superior scrubbing action and when used with absorbent pads, removes a good amount of soil i realize that sometimes the carpet manufacturers won't approve orbital or rotary action on their carpets.
