is anybody running fiber plus from bridgepoint as their rinsing agent, i heard through a supplier , that clean as a whistle uses this stuff as their rinsing agent.

I have used it for many years. I use it for wool and for most upholstery.
It is a very mild PH; so it is safe on delicate fabrics and also not likely to cause bleeding.
It is an OK cleaner, not great.
One can call it a "rinse", it is still a detergent.
So if it is being used, it does most of the cleaning work.
