I normally do the stairs last, so he's just arrived to work and is feeling fresh.

Right angle grinder without that overpriced pole. You don't need a pole for stairs anymore than you need a standard wand, for stairs.

I'm surprised your buddy Paul isn't pushing that tool on the J-wit board

Speaking of scrubbing stairs, I shot a quick and dirty video the other day of one of my guys doing stairs;

Notice the more or less upright position he is able to maintain while scrubbing, however he is slouching on the lower portion. He's a sloucher even with the carpet wand.

At about 1:50 he retracts the tool back down without even interrupting his scrubbing.

I must admit, maybe it's just me but I hate cleaning stairs from that direction, the hose coming from the top.

It just doesn't feel right. It'd be even worse with a full size wand though.

Oh well builds character
