I really wish I had remembered to take a before and after of the house I cleaned yesterday...with a very low pile small loop Berber....even I thought it was mostly wear and that it wouldn't clean up well. I took my time, had the PSI at a little lower than 300 and made sure the sight tube was showing nothing more being extracted before moving on to the next section. I guarantee you I couldn't have gotten it any cleaner. I did a white towel test on it....it looked like brand new carpet. We haven't used it on CGD, don't do much of that. The trashed berber carpets we have tried it on were OK, but when going back over them with the wand or zipper they looked much better, same with a low pile nylon that we had to re-clean with a wand.
Maybe it has something to do with flow?
