What's there to "like" about it. It doesn't have all that much cleaning punch, so you couldn't "like" it for it's visual cleaning results. And, you can't tell anything about how well it rinses. It's not like you can see it rinsing better than plain water or whatever else you may have used.
So, what ... was it the smell you liked?

The surfactant system in Flex Ice is unique. No other rinse product in our industry has it. It will boost cleaning with any system.
Lime scale build-up can happen even in solution hoses, filters where water enterings wands or upholstery tools and so forth. There are more places for scale to build-up if the system does not have last step chemical injection, but scale will happen in to some degree in any cleaning system that does not have soft water.
That's why I run HM's Clear Water Rinse here and there. Cleans the lines up really nice.
ICE is an acid rinse......PH........Duh!
