It will collapse with any kind of heat. And under vacuum, 100ft becomes more like 60ft, it draws in so bad.
CarWash grade junk. Threw 300ft away a few years ago.

Its been quite some time, but I THINK I ordered it directly from them, they had an ad in ICS mag. Must have been 5/6 years ago.

hell with your luck, your roll top would pop up, your "free" hose would unravel off the reel, cause a 30 car pile up and you'd be in jail without the internet for the rest of your life.
at least with Lockheart only his Cubans would be in Sing Sing and we'd get to hear how the stuff holds up.

It's what "came with" my Sapphire... View attachment 1851 I don't (haven't used) 2 1/2" BUT I have 2 sections of the 2" on my hose reel... It's ok, for "free" hose...
I really prefer the "I-Helix" from Haviland, for high heat and it won't collapse, like the others...

The new stuff, in the box? No never opened...
The stuff on the reel? I have some that is 6 years old... "kinks" fairly easily.
Cuffs fit fine. does the job. Feels "soft" once there is hot water water flowing...
there is "better stuff" out there...

that stuff I got is stiff as a board........not like I man handle it anyway but some flex in it would be nice for laying it out..........

My amflex 2.5 from JB has never kinked. I run 230f ATW, w only 25ft 2" whip
....
