No free hall. That hallway charge pays for one of my techs. I will, however, discount larger jobs.
.
How well do you remind your current customers every 9-12months that it's time to clean again?
Also how do you plan to market the free hallway offer?
I hired a company to work on my Google ranking and SEO. So far these customers have higher incomes and don't hassle about prices. Nicer homes and not so trashed out
I resisted this for years but am very happy I made this move.

A few small area rugs for free no coupons like 5 rooms for $55.00 then I'm sorry it's 255 and never again . I would rather not promise low prices and have reputation of a better than average cleaner. I still will take a first time job for a lower amount to establish a new customer and explaining prices. Some days pathways in a few rooms for 99 or 1 room for $99 Each job is sold on what the customer thinks is fair. I do a LOT of double wide homes in a upscale parks they pay $800 month lot rent so homes are very nice. One job yesterday white old berber the other cleaner charged $75. and soaked the carpets and not clean. I .m back for the third time pathways only $200 it's clean and just damp to the touch. She was happy again . I can't wonder how and why people think as they do it's normal. jz.
I'm using BizIQ. Give em my name and i get credit."FREE Hallway with every cleaning" If I decide to do it, and remember I'm just thinking about it not committed to it, it would be on every marketing piece we do.
