Know which rugs can create problems and how to clean them. Rugs now make up 25% of all surface sales. If you are not cleaning rugs, your carpet cleaning sales can decrease over time. Rugs can also represent high value content cleaning for restoration companies. Aaron Groseclose is President of MasterBlend, a Colorado based manufacturer of rug and carpet cleaning chemicals and equipment. He is a Senior Carpet Inspector, Master Textile Cleaner, and Certified Rug Specialist; instructs carpet, upholstery, and oriental rug cleaning seminars in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia. He is the co-developer of the Master Rug Cleaner Program, co-author of A Comprehensive Guide to Oriental and Specialty Rug Cleaning and a regular columnist for ICS magazine.
