I used a cereal box once to make gaskets out of. I just traced around them and cut them out with exacto knife.

I found one done like this swapping out a thermostat on a friends sentra.......I had heard of people doing it but was still surprised...

Is this what we're looking at got this from a thermal wave 2 vortec manual online???

Looks like the exhaust is post blower heat exchanger in the image.

Also there is a part number call jondon parts Dept that may have access.

Great post,go for best sealant that withstands heat.
Red ,I think was mentioned.
Good thing to check on,now an then.
Best regards...
Yea my thoughts as well just was hoping to get my hands on the sheet material instead of the tube style. Seems a little more challenging finding the right red sheet model

Austin, listen to this guy☝️☝️☝️

He’s the one who convinced me to drop the trailer idea, which I’m turn, made me talk you into dropping your trailer.

I settled on just high temp gasket maker mostly bc I don't see going past 5 years before needing some major rebuilds on my setup so the gasket maker will be fine. Higher temp for the exhaust side and copper for the non exhaust side of box not that it really matters lol just was a few bucks difference in cost.
