I'm not Marty or Bawb.. I can pick up what your putting down..
Nate. I trade multiple accounts. I manage my Dads funds and I have a small trading account for myself. This week I brought in about $4k in premiums.

Fred Boyle and I discuss trading strategies almost daily in a chat group. The primary strat is to only sell puts on solid companies. Only sell. Never buying calls or buts. We are the casino selling to the gamblers. The odds are in our favor.

Disclaimer. I bought 10 calls this week on a stock. I’m probably going to lose. But its a sure thing. Wink.

Nate what is the time difference between us. 3 hours?

Hey I checked out your area and was brainstorming if I can throw out some ideas feel free to call me I'll pm you my number

I also think we are feeling the pain in the economy right now and this is the calm before we pickup again
Or
We are all royally effed and the world is about to implode

If it was me I would figure out how to get atheist one van running full time everyday and get one guy working with you and as soon as he can go on his own take that home depot job and manage him the rest of your free time
I think hes a christian, of sorts .

personally, I think I'd hire a carpet cleaner who advertised as an atheist over one who advertised themselves christian
I would hire the guy with the best reviews.

As long as he didn't preach too much hahaha

But the bag of piss spilled, he got me off yelp.

Said they would tell all their friends.

Quatalot killed it.

99 % can't compete with the charm and good looks cough cough.

I was I a 10 million dollar home today for a contractor tacking down a door way, and no I didn't break out my phone to show what a great area it was

I had 1 guy lost him so to the pandemic the last couple years I was hitting 175 solo.

I don't have a lot of over head business wise.

So my sale took a hit moving

I did move my yelp and Google page which ranked great where they were.

They're moving up steadily.

I just need to get into a few homes to get the ball rolling.

People get to know you and it's all over.

So far the few customers I've gotten love me.

But I can 6-9 stops a week where I use to live and make great money.

More the home Depot pays

My bad, www ads are great for finding broke renters who need it done today.

Review sites in the other hand kick ass. Hopefully Sam moved his Yelp and Google map pages to his much more affluent new area, and his reviews dont all say " Sam got all the piss and poop out of my carpet but now my lawn smells horrible and has turned yellow"...
Yeah I moved yelp Facebook and Google.

My Google ads get tons of clicks no calls.

Yelp is starting to pull now that I'am laying

Get you a Phoenix and pound the pavement recruiting commercial jobs.

Hammer home extremely short dry times and the ability to clean during business hours in some cases. Immediately before opening or after closing, in other cases. No overnight BS.

Have a very nice brochure and look/act professional when you go in.

If you have half a personality, I’d be shocked if you aren’t successful.

VLM is so easy and fast on commercial that you can just undercut who they are currently using and still cash in.

Hes a bitter Vibe owner, we may need to put together a GoFundMe to pay for some psychotherapy to get over me forcing him to buy that thing.

I can’t understand anyone buying a vibe over a phoenix, especially since they are so close in price now.

Orbot uses weak motors. To make it worse, you have to use the weights for the vibe clean good, which puts even more strain on the motor.

Go ahead doubt me, I have owned both machines, and there is simply no comparison.

The Orbot does clean very well when you run it with the weights, but it’s slow.

It's was the board Dejour for a week special package included a bunch of stuff.

Had one last aution zero bids so I picked mine up for like $1700

I bought the weight kit separately.

Great machine way better then my 175 clean freak.

But I do mostly residential.

I'm not mad at Mike for having it available here.

I was shocked how bad it is now.

Just ask Damon.

Ps I could probably get $2500 used with the weight kit right now used.

All you turds who paid $4500 for your shake and shine can't say that.

I love my $2695 I think, weak ass motor. But, not as much as my strong ass Cimex motor that is smooth as silk. $2200😃 I wouldn’t like any of em if I didn’t have a trailer! Just saying.

and I agree, sell it while you can, and get a 30 a week with benefits retirement gig.

Starting over is going to ruin you and your savings. Adwords and FB boosting all over The Valley wont be cheap. And driving to all those spread out $159 jobs will cost a fortune.
Or just retire. I have or had no plans beyond cleaning my own stuff, to ever go back to work. Ever. Take the money and run while you're still young enough to enjoy it.
