This is very good news. Not only did the judge accept the modified design but ruled that she was not in contempt, which is what Harris would have like so she could have been sent to jail. I hear their attorneys were speechless when they hear the judges discision. I'm glad someone got a fair judge. Good for Lisa, the girls got a backbone for sure.

Thank you all. I just got home and am heading off to bed.

We are pleased with how it went. The judge did not find us in contempt and did not feel the modified glides are infringing. When the formal orders come out, they can object to them and yes, I suppose they can also appeal the decision, but we are happy to be where we are. No they will not be paying any of our costs, and that's fine. More than anything I just wanted them to leave us alone.

There are so many people that offered their help, emotional support and continued to believe in GreenGlides throughout this long and trying process.

We were appointed counsel for this hearing, and the court-appointed criminal defense attorneys gamely took on this complex case in a field of practice they had never ventured into before and did a spectacular job. If you ever need an attorney in Utah, I highly recommend Sam Meziani and Robb Jones. They went above and beyond. I think you all know how a few times in your life, someone special comes into it and makes the difference that changes your life, well these men made that difference for us.

More later, it's been a long, long day and I'm looking forward to cuddling up with my hubby and all the dogs.
