I have had my GH for 2 YRS now and can say it has never I mean never has let me down. I like the extra weight it has . It holds the wand down on the carpet better rather than skipping across the carpet. I have used the TI wand several times and prefer the GH. I run at 600PSI and that carpet is almost dry when I finish. I use it on stairs also. I am 57 years old . I use to use the Butler wand It was a bitch,Carpet was never dry. This wand made a big difference no wait a huge difference. I can go all day using this wand. THANKS JEFF.
