I'm not saying you're wrong for pricing that way but you're wrong!

I mean that's the great thing about being an independent business man, you price it how you decide. You're wrong!

The fact that extra is due you is obviously your prerogative to charge or not. You're wrong!

Ultimately its your decision. Wrong or not. :winky:

for the last 20 years, we have been charging 2-4 dollars per stair depending on the width. Probably time to raise my prices.

I bet your customers love your estimates too. 78-88 is 1 decade, 88-98 is another, 98-08, makes 3. Your still 2 years shy of your fourth.
38 years give him a break. You know how much chemical he's huffed over the years?

I started full time in 81 I guess by that math it's 4 decades. Lol

Dang only 35 years but I was 12 mixing chemicals in the back room, 16 I fiberglassed cracked housings and replaced pumps and vacs. So maybe I got that beat. So technically I started 1975 at 12 years old.

So, you dont pre vac, just run a single head old style rotovac head on a 360 body, then I assume you hit the corners, riser and bullnose with a hand tool and then DONT charge because its so much fun?

Mine arrived from Magicwand, used thier 10% discount code $350.00 included free shipping.

Broke it in on a remnant carpet, used it at my house.

Pre vacuumed with a Dyson dc17, spotted some doggy spots with masterblends free sample. At last pet deoderizer.

Then I used Saiger Sauce 1, pre sprayed a living dinning room combo a hall and family room.

I set my 570 to 350 psi, I usually wand at 600 psi with a 12 flow wand.

Proceeded to use my 360i at 5 speed with a fresh water rinse.

Finished half the area and stopped to dry stroke with my Ti wand.

Finished the rest and dry stroked.

The brush head does a tremendous job and the lower flow dries faster the sauce did what it was supposed to do.

I didn't use fans and it was dry in 2-3 hours, the next day it feels real soft.
Pet stains are gone no wick.

The Crb pre pulled a ton of hair, then used encap on half scrubbed in, then added saw dust scrubbed that in, then used renovators to pull up remaining saw dust and hair. That side looked really good.

The Saiger sauce super spinner Aerotech side.

Was pre treated with sauce no additional scrubbing just super spinning and Saiger saucing.

It looked brighter but the side with crb 20 times over had less hair.

I said to Mark before the spinner they should've hit it one more time with a crb and the sauce.

A spinner is awesome but it's not a hair puller.
