Or have been asked how you would approach and deal with their standards and expectations?

How did you do it and did you get the work?

done some work in one, the subject of how to clean never came up

same thing in high rise condos

be ready for a lot of wool carpet and furniture

nylon carpet in the commercial, you would think that you would have to bonnet clean them but the carpet warranty says no bonnet cleaning but cyndrical brush cleaning is ok, hwe recommended

Bob;

Just remember the contract will have lots of restrictions on the chemicals allowed for cleaning.

GS-37 is one standard widely used.

It eliminates many, many effective raw materials, because of all the extensive testing required.

No one will do the testing, because no company has an exclusive on the raw materials.

Poorly written standard

in the high rise condos downtown the condo owner can be told what they can bring in for replacement

they can't just pull out the wool carpet and put in whatever they feel like but when the condo owner is asked about cleaning they don't know of any restrictions and they seem to bring in whatever they want to do their household cleaning

a lot of them are small carperted areas so I charge a pretty good price and prespray them with bacout and portable water rinse them

a lot of the 2'X2' square commercial carpet is the recycled pop bottle carpet
