Hey guys,
I'm a 22yr old second generation carpet cleaner and i'm pretty new to posting on these forums but it seems like a great way to meet people and get advise. I'm looking for a way to pay my guys so they stay motivated and willing to work. I am a small division with 2 CC trucks inside of a good size restoration company with 75-80 employees. I pay my guys strict commission on regular Residential jobs. When I do jobs for other divisions within the company (clean up after Fire Damage, Water damage, ect...) i pay them an hourly rate. I would like to find a way to pay my guys hourly with incentives if they hit a certain quota. Do you guys have any idea's. Thanks in advance for your time.
