Help me name these glide parts

why not have a labeled diagram ( 0r 3 ) of different glides on the Greenglide website for cleaners to reference when they are calling in with their issues

I’m assuming this labeling endeavor is to minimize the confusion ... nothing assists verbal communication more than a picture
