Help with White Magic Pro 2000 direct drive

Have the vans cooling system checked. When you're driving, air is coming through the rad and helping to cool the system. When you are parked you are dependent on the fan bringing enough air into th system. A good test would be to let your van idle without the cleaning system engaged and see what your water temp is. If it runs normal but overheats when you engage the cleaning system, most likely the problem is not with the van but somewhere in cleaning unit. Could be issues with the hx's or the unit is putting more strain on th van,s engine than it should

Had both of those things go wrong. The clutch was the first one and the overheating was caused by the fan clutch.

My butler went through thermostatic fan clutches on an annual basis. Every fall when it started running hot I would just replace it.

edit: I assume the pro2000 uses the standard 65.875" belt ...should be easy to find 66ish in any auto part store
