Bawb you ever do this with a SG without the use of propane?
(The heat exchanger did bust after 6 hours)

i DID have one old Ford van that got pretty hot all the time.......i was ALWAYS getting burns from the qds.......it depends on where you plumb TO the HX.........if you plumb right behind the stat you can get a lot hotter heat......but it sure looks like you got it goin' on............

i wonder if i should build another one.........???

Well I figured out how to get the heat now I just need to get the noise down more without causing back pressure.

TWO expansion chambers.....alas two........two chamber Flowmasters....
a downturn to the ground helps if ya don park on any grass......

believe me Larry ....i know there has to be TWO ...
one knocks off the top of the sine wave of sound and the other chamber knocks off the bottom

i use 3" offset/middle two chamber Flowmasters...
weld up the offset then holesaw a 3" in the side and then plumb from that in 3" thru the floor where i would attach another 3" Flowmaster with the downturn......
thus TWO expansion chambers....
i always ceramic coat my parts....

How much you charge to build me one that will go by the blower? I dont want to change the one under the van at this time.
