Is there a temp restriction on the function of the HF. Does it stop working at higher temps?

Theoretically yes. If it is a problem LOWER your pressure, and perhaps throw in an extra section of solution hose as a "radiator" to lower the temperature a bit.

The venturi effect is measurably less in two situations:

1. As the pressure increases the percentage of chemical draw decreases.

2. As the temperature at the dema valve rises above about 180 deg F. the percentage of chemical draw decreases.

I listed first, turning the machine temp down to address #1. Adding a length of hose will reduce the temperature and pressure, thus addressing both limits.

Thanks,
Lee
