EGGxactly give the client what they want, affordable appearance management. No more peaks that run down into valleys. Keep it looking good year around.

What do you suppose they are most concerned about? Its appearance! So what if some blow and go can extract it. It won't look as good or stay clean as long. These are professionals son! Appearance Management Professionals!

U buy any of that? Oh hell go getcher hammer! 😉

1. Encap works under surprisingly diverse conditions.

2. A Kirby will beat the living crap out of those carpets and laugh the whole time it is flogging them.

3. Releasit is an incredible brand.

4. If I had any sense I’d be chasing commercial work, it is lucrative and easy.

5. What, you wanted a fifth point for free? Piss off!

Dont you have a few charities or churches you can go practice on?

I can walk you through using an OP in about ten minutes.
I don’t believe it. Any proper training needs a thorough explanation and hands on training through real jobs. That’s why, when I’m ready, I’ll travel to a real, dedicated encap business.

This year, I’m taking my business to another level. Your hard surface class, and I’m booking WRT and ASD water damage classes after. I might invest in encapping education in 2022 if the economy survives this year

What university did you go to for your career in carpet cleaning?

Microfiber is the best thing to happen to VLM since, ever.
Or worst.

Before you could see the soil you removed, now its anybody's guess. I like cleaning with blue grey pads but as far as seeing soil transfer? The old nasty stained white pads at least showed you the removal.

Now for all you know you're just swirling the dirt until you rinse a pad. We used to use Tuway's like that, they didn't show the soil removal but were aggressive at breaking up soil. Then we would go back over the area with a nice clean pad to finish.

Microfibers could be a curse! 😉
