Thanks for the offer. However, The job is being performed as I type this.
I decided to bring in a guy that used to contract for me about 10 years ago ( who only does large commercial jobs nowadays) and have him be the project coordinator. Paying him a 10% flat fee (provided the goal is met and under budget for the man hours) He is coordianting the rest,
Harper was right in saying that I am smarter than this. I quickly realized that I was in over my head personally. Thankfully there was enough profit in it to allow me to hire someone that could easily accomplish it.
