Home Owners Association says Vortex can stay

After a couple of years of being hassled by the homeownsers association regarding my vortex they now say it can stay if i raise my block wall two rows.

I was within days of filing a law suit against them and my attorney and I were preparing to kick them in the nuts. I spoke to the president of the HOA and told him my back was against a wall and if they fine me for me vortex i have no choice but to sue them in a court of law.

next day i get a call from them saying that my truck can stay if i raise my wall.

It's been stressful but it looks like the war is finally over.

Seriously that's a great deal! Court could have been risky, what if they would have won. You're much better off this way.

Might be easier to just get a low rider set up and very low profile tires for the Vortex.

Drop that sucker down to the ground.

Next time review the rules BEFORE you move in.

I think you knew these rules before you moved in.

I sure wouldn't want a big ass truck blocking my view and lowering my home value.
