I agree with Mike, at least 3-months, although we have a few it took years. Good technicians just not very mechanical.

My guy caught on pretty quick...he has been out on his own on and off for a few weeks now....has been able to figure everything out on his own...except one time he called and said he was working in a room and lost all water pressure.......he went threw the whole check list of what he tried....finally I asked him if he remembered to turn on the water after he hooked up the hose.....there was a long pause and then all I heard was....."Dammit"......and he hung up on me.....
