Mark must be a great guy! As far as the loaner program, sorry Mark. I think you are out of luck, that's a little to far.

I spoke with Mike a bit about starting a loaner program. I won't be able to do anything for a couple of weeks. What size would most of the members want to try?

We'll need to come up with details to be sure the Zipper Wand is cleaned and properly maintained before shipping it to the next person. The box should withstand about 3 shipments and then it will need to be replaced. I'll talk more with Mike when I return from ICE to figure out a plan and accountability.

Maybe a deposit or cc number to get it. If they abuse it they pay to fix it or buy that one. I personally would pay to try a product out so I don't buy something that might not be a good fit for my business. Not all cleaners can go to shows and play with toys. That's what makes this idea so cool. You can't always believe the hype about things in this industry. I think this could start a trend.

Consider charging a fee to cover shipping and cleaning. Those who legitimately want to try one (and can actually afford one) shouldn't mind, and it will eliminate "tire kickers".
