Over glorified polypropylene. Treat it like Olefin, its oil loving, typically crushes and mats horribly. Stains come out well, but it isn't very resilient.

All true, but it also dulls out in traffic areas quickly.
Looks dirty even when clean..

PET does abrade easily and even more frequently looks bad due to crimp loss. Heat can be an issue if your hot solution line and quick connects lay on the carpet for some time, but the heat of your cleaning solution won't be a problem.

It was the same poly carpet we always clean!! I thought that but this manager said.......... since the owner of the property owns carpets of dalton as well... he was the only one who could get this stuff.......... LOL....... It was what i thought it was... The 360i cleaned it well.. carpets only 3 months old and was flat as hell.. thank god for the rotovac, it brought the new carpet back to life
