Tenax Travertine filler is going to be the best thing to use. It's pretty much all I use for stuff like this.

not in a large area like that. plus the resin will polish like the stone if they ever have the floor restored. better integrity repair, better for your name in the long run

I'm not entirely familiar with the K bond but I have used it a few times. generally there is not much difference, but without a doubt, Tenax makes superior products. The main difference between Tenax Travertine Filler and pretty much everything else in that class is the consistency. Tenax is what we call a semi solid. it is labeled as a knife grade, but when you whip it up, it will flow and settle like warm peanut butter. It does not hold it's shape, but it's not flowing. This allows you to fill more shallow holes and tool it better into other areas.

Some people don't like it because they aren't used to it, but from what I see, most people prefer it. It's more versatile.

It is a polyester resin though, so it cannot be used outside or in wet areas. If you need repair materials for this, we have them.

When you say whip it up what are you using? When I whip it up it is more putty like then warm peanutbutter.

Tenax takes longer to set for me, I like Superior for small/less holes/voids, but I like Tenax for larger situations because like Cameron says it's like Peanut Butter you can shave it easier and doesn't harden as quick as Superior

When you say whip it up what are you using? When I whip it up it is more putty like then warm peanutbutter.

I'm in a hot climate, and ambient temp has a big impact with this stuff. I use cardboard and a putty knife. In the summer, this stuff drips like honey. In the cold, it will stay nice and creamy. That shouldn't affect curing time, the amount of hardener you put in affects it. You can speed it up a little by adding a LITTLE more hardener, but getting belligerent with it will cause it to shrink and be brittle.
