I can see I asked the wrong question entirely. I was trying to find out how to switch to commission without getting screwed and have to leave the company. The overwhelming response has been I should be ashamed of myself and I need to bring in more money. I talked on the phone with Harper and everything he said WOULD HAVE been very helpful if I had some sort of established steady stream of customers. The problem is I don't. The boss told me 2 things. He was switching me to commission and he was finally going to give me a marketing budget that I could control. Marketing done right will solve my lack of customer problems.
So, I'm terrible and a shame to the industry and I should probably eat some dirt because I didn't bring in enough business and bawb and 3/4 of you Ninnies would have fired me years ago.

Now for the important question. What sort of advertising budget does a 150k operation need to grow to a 400k operation and what do you spend it on?
