It is . We fired one two weeks ago. Last week one quit to move back out of state. This week another one broke up with his girl and he is moving back home an hour away. -3

Today one of the college kids came back for the summer but we are still down 2.

Having someone just pull hose for me just had me schedule more work.. Train him to wand on rentals. I had my 12 year old daughter help me with one two weeks ago, it was a great time and she did great!

My 12 year old daughter has been out on a few jobs too. She's the strong athletic type, but after a day of carpet cleaning I don't think she wants to make it a career, but she likes to earn a little moola in the summer. It does go so much faster even with a 12 year old helper.
