Although I did it for over 13 years myself, ther is no way I could ever do this ALL by myself again

Chimpers has the week off for RnR.

I had Josh 4star along yesterday but today I did 660, 490 and a 275 solo. Good lord but that is a lot of walking back and forth to the truck. I actually forgot how hard it is.

Unless you're a hack of course and do it all in one or two trips.

most times i let him, so i can setup and organize...spray how much i want down etc...

It is hard by yourself, and we make a lot of trips backand forth, we carry all the value added supplies. We can't compete with time we only clean 150-250' per hour residential. If 2 techs we might average 250-350'. We charge well above average. I try to let the techs clean solo most of the time, and double up a few days a week to help them out.

I see a few guys here that run with helpers and they trip all over each other all day....and then there are a few that cant get out of there own damn way

If you get a good system down and stay repetitive...it is pretty easy...

Here is a tip on how to carry every thing in one simple trip.

In one trip you can carry spotters,blocks,booties,teflon blotter cards, referral cards, magnets,knee pads,hand tool,blocks,pads, steamer and gliders in bag along with clipboard (under arm) free spotter(held by teeth) hydro-sprayer(around neck) pile brush and wand (in free hand) and 50' of vac /solution hose(dragging).

Maybe you can wear those pants with like 50 pockets.

It'll be like those joggers that wear weights.

That is funny, I cleaned a lr, k, hallway today all 30 year old shag. Power max and a cotton with green stripes with the 175 and it looked like new. Another cheerleader was born today.
