Problems i see with many of the tabs, that is probably easy fix, is you don't know if there is any images unless you click on it..

Profile picture(s) would be nice but it's very nice to tie pictures to a work order. I don't do it as much as I would like because it's to much drilling and filling in every time

The answer is yes but it's chunky. Add a note activity then add the image as an attachment.
