At our company there was a rule made Friday. Only I or the Head Janitorial Supervisor is allowed to touch our Vortex.
They(about 4 employees) were at a commercial job and "lost vacuum". Mind you we just had a new blower installed not even two weeks ago. They packed the truck up, drove 30 mins back to the shop to get another truck. I take a look at it; the damn waste tank valve was open. They had dumped in the middle of the job and forgot to close the valve.
This is the second time this has happened. I was on the job the first time. They started to pack the truck up, I ran downstairs and outside to the truck. Started it back up, closed the damn valve and told them to start cleaning again.
