Anyone get a lot of these? We have had 24 phone calls before 11am PST today. About 20 of those calls asking for quotes, 15 of those saying, "I'm getting my tax return soon and will be calling".

Tax return season, ya gotta love it.

Few carpet cleaning calls but we had an emergency fire extinguisher cleanup at a nursing home that wrecked an already busy day.
Its cool, often the money that is made in this business comes from those emergency calls that are not on the books.

1st February in ten years without a MF distraction. I hope our annual sale works well.

Why don't you try something similar to the couch special we ran. Best January in a long time. Most of those that took advantage were not new or from Facebook, but rather our existing clients that I emailed the special to via Service Monster. Completed $4,000 in work so far as a result of that campaign and many more jobs on the schedule that we haven't done yet.
