I Pre-Vac, Should I buy pile lifter?

When I started cleaning carpets in the early '70s I bought a used Hild Pile Lifter. This was the old one with the reel type brush that allowed a lot of air flow. I used it on an apt. that was a long shag that had food in bedded in the carpet. It was amazing how much dirt it pulled out of that carpet. When I bought Hild I got the drawings for the old unit. We never built one.

I would like to see Kleenrite's unit. Maybe Bill will bring it to Mytee Mikeyfest.
