I got some sticky black crap on my solution hose and got lazy and didn't clean it off like an idiot.
So I'm doing this job today, and it's sitting on this carpet for about 1.5hrs and my customer notices a brown line on the carpet from my hose. I know, I'm a dumb ass.
So I used Pro's choice Power Gel (black tube), rinse, some PIG, rinse, then an alkaline liquid spotter, rinsed again.
Now I just have a shaded line from it. It was originally a skinny line that looked like a burn mark, but you could tell close up that it was the black stuff from the hose.
I'm going back monday to work on it.
I plan on pre spraying with some Matrix Olefin, do an acid rinse, then if it's still there, I'm gonna spray lightly with 100% citrus Force and agitate, then rinse again. If that doesn't fix it...any ideas?
