@Jim Pemberton
I'll be using Procyon Extreme on a upcoming wool/silk wall to wall and loose rug on location. I have to keep heat and flow way down to not risk shrinkage so I want something strong yet wool safe.
We'll be using he 10 Brush Pro with the soft brushes to agitate. Downy Fabric Softener on the exposed silk to leave a soft hand as well.
The Procyon hits the carpet at a pH of 6.5, I'd like it a bit lower so just a soft water rinse could be used. So my question is, can I add some citric acid to drop it a point or so, and how much would I add per gallon?
