John, have you ever used any of those machines in the "real" world??
Looked at 'em up close, even??

Your RX-20 is a heavy duty professional tool that has a long and proven track record .
The 360 and 360i is a tin willy toy compered to your RX
It's another tool that rose to stardom via the "board de jour" phenomenon .
It's now starting to fall from grace ...as reality sets in to the buyers

Maybe I am wrong but when you say an original rotovac I think of this:

Is that what your talking about? Or do you mean an original 360?

Oh come on Lar, I wouldn't trade my 360i for anything, well almost anything. Its not a save all, but a very good tool to my imo.

I wouldnt trade it. The RV360i is great and I use it everyday but I also use and love the RX. They both have a place.

Thr RV is NOT for fast cleaners

I have an 360i that is like new only 4 or 5 hours on it. I will trade for the RX 20 if it’s in good condition.

Like others here have said they both have their place. The 360i is lightweight and leaves carpet dryer. Personally, I would prefer the higher production rate of the RX-20.
