Here's a rat nasty home we did. It had everything unimaginable in it. I actually think they rebuilt motors in their living room for several years. It's the kind you want to walk out the door faster than you walked in. (or you say to your tech, what the h*ll, let's give it a shot).

With a little liquid encouragement, high heat and a little effort we saved this one!
