OMG..... This picture is from a Chinese restaurant. The owner said it was cleaned just the night before. Sorry for the crappy phone picture but that brown stuff is grease.

Someone should be ashamed of themselves. If that hack cleaned it again it still would look like hell.

There is such a dark area of grease that it was more than a jetting aiming or pressure issue.

My guess is the owner of the restaurant wanted to get the cheapest job they could. And they maybe got what they deserved.

Met a good friend for a bowl on noodles... The very, I mean the VERY last place I would look for business would be at a Chinese restaurant.

or maybe, just maybe he got what he paid for. I've learned is this business not to assume anything. Seriously can you share any other details then what you posted? How was the job set up, what was the price? Jaaasus I can think of a million questions.

I get some decent money from a few Chinese places, but they skimp out on their homes.

just remembering back some years, I cleaned better than that with my CHeyenne and a 180F heater.
just need the right chemistry to compensate, then took my time
