You'll keep getting what your getting.

Anyone doing anything new in the Marketing world?
Same old Yellow Page ads? Door Hangers? Post Cards?
If it didn't work the first time, it won't work the next time.

What are you doing differently that works for you?

I optimized Google maps. So I'm on the top.(FREE)

Which also helps with my organic site which is the top site in the state for most cleaning searches.(14 bucks a month)

I'm always working my marketing system I developed into new areas and groups. This advertising gives me several jobs a week.(FREE)

I send postcards monthly to previous clients.($200 one job pays for it)

Mainly I get clients that are not that concernerned about price and generally get the whole house cleaned and are very eager to tell their friends.

It's magic!!

What are you doing differently that works for you?

Let me help you out here..MaRy.. "Your  's are some LAME.."

It is Baseball Season....Buy banners to support the Little league in your area..
Try to get the "T-Ball fields"...these are younger mothers...&...they can't leave the younger kids.."Longer Exposure to your Banner"

Ps If they are NOT available...Try to acquire the "Batting Cages"...It is the MOST exposure..even more than the concession area...

This is a GREAT way to SUPPORT the community...&...target the women in the household... :!:

You will also find plenty of Commercial opportunities at the Games..

The best advice I can give you from this marketing guru is have a PLAN. Dont shotgun it.

I feel direct contact is the best way to get the phone ringing right away. I can go over the details but you must first buy my marketing plan. $50,000. Its filled with common sense stuff that will blow you away.

Direct contact is best suited for commercial prospecting.(Unless you meet a large mass of you're desired contacts at one time)

I have found that for new residential you don't have to have direct contact.

It's more efficient and less costly to just have contact with a center of influence they are familiar with.
Then just let the word spread like wildfire without much effort on your behalf besides just getting it started.

As far as ballpark advertising to youth.
In my area it's all YMCA and no banners.
