IICRC New Management- No-one Answers The Phones Now

I have been calling the IICRC for weeks and nobody ever answers- it is "eterno-hold! Then a voice says "leave a message" and no-one calls back.

Big business -style bureaucracy?

I just want magnets for my vans and I pay my certified firm money. This sucks. Argh!

Do you have the files for certified firm? If so it might be cheaper to go to sign shop and have them made for truck.

I had the same issue with the 3 years ago, never could reach anyone on the phone and they never returned calls so I didn't return my renewal.

I let my Carpet cleaning and Odor removal expire because I didn't like the way IICRC was going but kept WDR , ASD and Smoke because ServiceMaster required it but might not renew it next time.
