Just picked up a like new condition rx 20 from a guy who figured out that carpet cleaning wasnt a get rich quick scheme and through in the towel after about 6 or 8 months. I have had the rotovac original and the 360i but I am really lovin the extra power of the rx20. Seem like it does alot better on cgd than the 360i did l. It is alot heavier but Ill tote around a heavier machine that will actualy last (360i was falling apart after less than a year). I think it has better agitation than a rv aswell . I had it on a crappy polyester frieze that was pretty thick and it powered right through there and cleaned the hell out it. Better late than never seems like a good investment
