I agree. As long as the builder has a track record of producing quality builds.

However for me it's difficult to beat a dealer network for support.

Never had a local distributor that was worth a crap, buy factory direct.

Mine is awesome. Not just with Prochem either. He fixes our Butlers, our Hydramasters when we owned them. Really any brand, anything, he fixes it.

When it breaks we take it to him. If it needs service, we take it to him. We do what we do best and leave service and repairs to him.
