Another: Tri butyl tin maleate.

You take me back to "Sylgard" with that one.

The competitive product with tri butyl tin maleate was "Ultrafresh" wasn't it?

Chemspec sold that in little bottles way before we represented them, and it was "Prochem and Sylgard" versus "Chemspec and whatever that stuff was named that had tri butyl tin maleate" in those days.

Ahh for the days of using poison for deodorizing.

Was Chem-Spec before Pro Chem?

Yes Bob Hughes and Dan Savanuck started Chemspec a few years before Jim Roden started Prochem.

Chemspec did a better job at marketing to the cleaning industry, and had more "user friendly formulas" than did Prochem through the 70's.

Prochem caught up, and in someways got ahead of Chemspec in the 80's.
