My 15 has become bouncy any ideas on how to correct that?

I tried flipping the brushes but it didn't help. It kicked Gennys but last night at a drs office she's still sleeping lol.

One or both of your brushes have a flat spot because you didnt use uour tray.

Soak them in a bucket of HOT water for an hour

I use the tray but it has slipped out a few times where it's not locked down. Just the strap holding it in place.
I'll try that today. Thanks Mike.

I got them soaking now. Don't see any visual damage but put the white brushes on and it it doesn't do it so it must be the brushes.

What did you eventually buy? I'm looking for another one and agree it's confusing.
I'm still beating life away with my 6 year old Strong Dry. But when it's time, I'll get the other one, because I like Reg.

I just get about an inch or so of water boiling a big skillet or shallow pan. I put a rod or coat hanger wire through the brush and just slowly spinning them horizontally until each one comes back into shape.
