My 15 has become bouncy any ideas on how to correct that?

I tried flipping the brushes but it didn't help. It kicked Gennys but last night at a drs office she's still sleeping lol.

One or both of your brushes have a flat spot because you didnt use uour tray.

Soak them in a bucket of HOT water for an hour
I use the tray but it has slipped out a few times where it's not locked down. Just the strap holding it in place.
I'll try that today. Thanks Mike.

I got them soaking now. Don't see any visual damage but put the white brushes on and it it doesn't do it so it must be the brushes.

I just get about an inch or so of water boiling a big skillet or shallow pan. I put a rod or coat hanger wire through the brush and just slowly spinning them horizontally until each one comes back into shape.
