I have booked thousands of appointments over the years! I am actually pretty good at it!! I don't do it much anymore, just when everyone is on a call and we have more than 2 calls holding or someone has been waiting over 30 seconds.

If it rings more than 3-times I'm picking it up. However IF I can I will put them on hold or just get simple info like name & phone number then I'll let someone else call them back with whatever they were seeking. I'm a busy man, I don't have time for answering phone calls.
