We got called in to do a commercial job because of a ongoing odor problem from the last cleaner.

It's a gentleman's club that had a "wet" smell to it when we went in. Not bad just kind of funky.

I snooped around to see If something was wet or any signs of a flood anywhere. Nothing other than the manager said the guy that was cleaning it switched his method and went from a truck to a portable.
I figured the dude was leaving it too wet but the manager said it was dry by morning after the dude cleaned it. About 10 hrs.

I cleaned it with the butler and used cobs powermax then set a few dry pods and blowers on it to have it dry as we were leaving.

Very easy clean for us. Takes 3.5 hrs including moving chairs and tables.

Other guy was charging 575$. I went in at 800$ (it has to be don't at 10pm on Sunday night) so I went a bit high

He was so happy with not only how much cleaner it was but smelled great and was dry. He felt I was a bit hi but could see that he was getting something for the extra money.

He asked if we could secure the price for 4 years!! That's pretty cool in my book. I'm happy today

Heck yea. I was nervous going in so high but got the vibe he was done screwing around and just wanted it done right.

Great chems (thanks Larry Cobb powermax)
Great equipment and great employees
Love it when it all falls into place

Yes reverse osmosis with a di filter also

I have a 300 gallon per day that runs non stop into a 300 gallon storage tank then I run a transfer pump to the tanks on the trucks. Butlers have 220 gallon and TNT has 100 gallon

Best rinse ever!! No scale build up in trucks and much less chem use
