What injuries have you worked through?

Ive lost count as to how many times I've broken myself.

Even Paula cant recall all the times I've needed surgeries or time off to heal the damage I've inflicted on myself over our 36 years together.

(but she can somehow remember every dumbass comment I've ever made and where we were and what I was wearing at the time)

next up, up need my ACL and Meniscus repaired.....

Davis will come over and handle to cleaning for a few weeks while I recover later this month and into December.

What did I do?

Took my eye off the prize for a nano-sec on the ATV...

Happened back in early Sept, a week before the Vegas class, which was fn' torture.

I hit my melon and can't recall it all but the lady behind me said it was horrific to watch.

From carpet cleaning:
I had Rotor cup issues. I few painful deep tissue massages cure it.
Lower back issues were solved once I stopped going to the Chiropractor.
Skiing:- torn ACL

Not CC related but:
Broken neck (dove into a swimming pool age 11... compression fracture 4th, 5th and 6th vertebrae)
Broken left femur, dirt bike accident
Broken both ankles
Broken collar bone
Broken left arm
Broken both wrists
Broken fingers, all but 3
Broken ankle
Broken toe
Put an axe into the back of my head....
Long story, let’s just say I don’t remember the axe thing, just woke up in the hospital...
CC? Just burns....

So what the heck is holding it together?
No idea
I lost it at 18
Had cartilage repair at 35. Doctor asked me if I knew I didn’t have an ACL? He said my knee was tight enough from all the triathlons I was doing that I’d probably not have any trouble until my 40’s.
I’m 63 and just now starting to have problems with it.

This is perfectly natural Mike.

"Women are irritated by what men forget......men are irritated by what women remember..."

I don't know who said it, but I've found it to be true

Mom and dad freaked out more than me ...I didn't even cry (it actually didn't hurt that much)

One severe and hobbled me bad for over a month

broken foot when a car rack full of assembled floor pans fell on my foot

broken ankle (car wreck)

pain is proof of life
Yesterday, I ran a pair of chainsaws for almost 8 hrs...
Half way through, I became complacent....
I was trimming branches off the log, so I could continue to cut rounds for firewood.
At one point, I finished cutting one branch, and was moving to cut the next....
The chain was still rolling at almost full speed, I put the saw to my side, and took a step....
RIGHT INTO THE PATH OF THE SPINNING CHAIN!
It, THANKFULLY, only caught my pants, and tore a hole, 3” long, into my Carhartt pants...
I freaked out, dropped the saw, dropped my pants....
AND NOT SO MUCH A NICK ON MY SKIN....
My adrenaline was screaming so much, i could hear my heartbeat, and started to feel faint....
WEIRD......
